What will we do together?
Two afternoons of "hands on" Typical Romagna cooking lesson and cooking show under the expert guidance of Nonna Violante, to learn traditional Italian dishes from the land of Emilia Romagna, such as the piadina romagnola, the cassoni, the delicious tagliatelle, the typical strozzapreti, the amazing passatelli, the classical Romagna Ciambella cake, the tasty fish broth from Igea Marina, the unmissable cappelletti, the stewed Rabbit, to finish with the famous Romagna meat sauce just as Nonna Annunziata used to make.- Santarcangelo di Romagna, evening excursion with guided tour
- Cervia and its salt flats
- Visit to a local winery with wine tasting
- Rimini, Roman city to be discovered
The cooking school will be held in our sister hotel, Hotel Eliseo, a few steps from Hotel Elios.
