This year too, as usual, from 18th to 22nd January 2020, the 41st edition of the International Gelato, Pastry, Craft Bakery and Coffee Exhibition will take place at the Rimini exhibition centre: SIGEP 2020.
A sweet and unmissable event that brings together the whole professional world of confectionery food service. SIGEP is open to the public, and visitors, pavilion after pavilion, will be able to
discover the news of the world of ice cream and more. People will be able to taste new original flavours, experiment and learn about innovative technologies and products for each area of interest. Fun is guaranteed: there are many activities on the program. There will be the opportunity to participate in courses and seminars on Ice Cream, Pastry, Chocolate, Coffee, Pizza, Bread and Pasta and to get to know the greatest masters and experts on the subject.

Top events of this year's edition there will be:
the Ice Cream World Cup, the most important competition for homemade ice cream, with 12 teams competing from all over the world. If you pass by “Pastry Arena” there will be the
sugar sculpture competition; the
Italian Pastry Championships and SIGEP Giovani, for professional schools;
Italian Barista Championships dedicated to coffee; in the “Bakery Arena”, the international Bakery competition,
