The recipe of our piadina has very ancient origins, it is very easy to prepare and suitable for every occasion. In fact, it can be stuffed with various ingredients: ham, rocket, squacquerone or Nutella for the most gluttonous…
One variant of piadina romagnola is cassone, but we will tell you more about it in our next post!
Here is the recipe of piadina for 6:
- 400 grams of flour type 00
- 2 teaspoons of yeast for salted cakes or 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate
- 1 teaspoon of fine salt
- 4 tablespoons of extra-vergin olive oil
- 250 ml of very hot water
